I am a PhD candidate at the Institute of Machine Learning, ETH Zurich, supervised by Prof. Valentina Boeva. My research focuses on developing novel machine learning algorithms for spatial omics, with applications in cancer biomarker discovery and hypothesis generation.
My work sits at the intersection of graph neural networks, self-supervised learning, spatial transcriptomics, and computational oncology. I develop methods that leverage the spatial organization of cells in tissue to uncover structural patterns relevant to cancer biology.
